This event, presented by Marker 10, will be held on the 17th floor in Foot Hills Ballroom featuring stunning views of the Austin Skyline. The menu, created by Chef Reese Hay, will feature fresh local ingredients to go along with five custom cocktails created by the Marker 10 Beverage Manager Cortney Harding. Hay & Harding will be offering up some of their hand selected single barrel bourbon from the Garrison Brothers Distillery. This will make for an unforgettable night with unforgettable views, beverages and food.
FIRST COURSE:
Frisee salad with warm bacon bourbon vinaigrette, poached quail egg and smoked quail
SECOND COURSE:
Sweet corn and quark agnolotti with caramelized sweet onions
THIRD COURSE:
Butter glazed seabass with chive brandade and wilted spinach
FOURTH COURSE:
Wood fire seared venison loin with tart cheery-juniper glaze and duck fat fries
FIFTH COURSE:
Chocolate and Bourbon Torchon
